Many structural issues were prevalent at the Oceanside parking garage at Parker Dorado Condominium. The owners hired Core Restoration to address the concrete joist, concrete beam, concrete slab, and concrete column repairs. We were able to safely install shoring and address the structural repairs without any issues.

Brickell City Centre
The purpose for these repairs consists of stucco repairs on the building of Brickell City Centre. The primary repair areas include visible cracking, delamination, and sections compromised by moisture intrusion. Damaged stucco was systematically removed to expose the underlying substrate, which was then inspected and, where necessary, repaired or replaced to ensure structural soundness.
